You do not have to give us any data. If you do not, we cannot answer your enquiry or complete a booking/purchase.
Record of your cookie choice
When you choose in the cookie banner, we store the time, banner version, your choice, the domain and a random ID (no IP address). We do this to be able to document your consent (Art. 6(1)(c)). The data is stored on samtykke.wizecode.app, operated by Wizecode ApS on servers at Hetzner Online GmbH in Helsinki, Finland (EU), and deleted after 24 months.

Transfers outside the EU/EEA
If a recipient is in the USA, the transfer relies on the EU Commission’s decision on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or EU standard contractual clauses.
Emails to us
The sign-up form sends us an email, and we reply from our own email address. We use the details in the email to answer you. If you write directly to hello@rinnoh.com, we process the email for the same reason (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).
Shop purchases
The shop is not open yet. The site has no basket and does not take payments, and no order or payment details are collected. If the shop opens, we update this policy before purchases are possible.
Links to other sites
The site links to rhinonamibia.com. When you click, you leave rinnoh.com, and the other site has its own privacy policy.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. If you gave consent you can withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier processing. Write to hello@rinnoh.com; we answer within one month.
